At TDi, we believe that businesses—from mines to factories and everything in between—can create long-term value while making a positive impact. As a global advisory firm, we combine technical expertise, value chain insights, and a passion for sustainability to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Our diverse projects range from ESG management systems for investors to designing supply chain due diligence frameworks and conducting risk assessments for global brands.
This is your opportunity to oversee and develop the audit strategy for a dynamic consultancy, taking charge of audits that span from mine sites to factories. In addition to technical excellence, you will be a business leader, contributing to sales and business development with ambitious targets to meet.

- Lead client pitches, prepare proposals, and draft responses to RFPs to expand TDi’s client base.
- Meet KPIs tied to sales growth and new client acquisition.
- Team Management:
- Manage audit teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.
- Act as the client’s key point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strategy Development:
- Identify emerging trends in responsible sourcing, ESG frameworks, and sustainability standards to enhance TDi’s services.
- Develop and refine audit tools, frameworks, and methodologies to align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Thought Leadership:
- Write technical and thought-leadership content to reinforce TDi’s position as an industry leader.
- Represent TDi at global conferences and forums.
Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated success in business development, meeting sales targets, and driving growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations persuasively.
- Technical expertise in voluntary sustainability standards and frameworks, such as OECD Due Diligence Guidance, IRMA, RJC, or ISO standards.
- A Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field is preferred.
What we can offer you:
- 40-hour per week contract
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Equipment allowance
- 23 days of annual leave plus national holidays
