Zandi is a senior analyst at TDi Sustainability. With a background in quantitative and qualitative research, she contributes to TDi’s analytical research assignments, and to responsible sourcing and data projects, which includes mapping mineral and agricultural supply chains, conducting research on their ESG performance, supply chain risk assessment and prioritisation, and supporting the development of TDi’s digital tools.
Zandi previously worked as a research and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) consultant at the NGO Nature Conservation Research Centre in Ghana, where she designed and developed M&E systems for cocoa-forest landscapes, supported the implementation of strategies that enable livelihood security of communities and assessed the contribution of cocoa to sustainable development. Alongside this work, Zandi worked as a consultant for the World Bank on projects related to sustainable forest management and landscape governance.
Zandi holds a BSc from the University of Sheffield and an MSc from Imperial College London in Environmental Science. She has lived in multiple countries across Africa and the UK.
