Joséphine Quioc is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience in mineral responsible sourcing audits and supply chain sustainability. With over 4 years in the field, she has become a subject matter expert in mineral due diligence, ESG standards, and chain of custody practices.
Joséphine initiated her career in responsible sourcing by managing large audit programs for renowned OEMs as well as setting up certification assessments for numerous brands. She is now supporting TDi clients in addressing the rising demand for strategic materials and increasing regulatory pressures. In addition to her specialized work, Joséphine offers broad-based consulting services, helping corporations integrate sustainable practices across their operations and strategies to meet global sustainability benchmarks.
Joséphine moved from Paris to Berlin in 2015 to complete her Master’s degree in International Affairs at the Hertie School of Governance. Her thesis, “Blockchain and Access to Finance in Emerging Markets – A Scalability Analysis in Kenya, Nigeria, and Rwanda,” marked the beginning of her interest in supply chain sustainability.
