This is where we link to the form, we can add a paragraph of copy explaining this will open a Monday form etc, at the moment I cant change the colour of the background but maybe you can, and I’m not sure you’ll want the notes and update input box as it’s being filled in directly by your customers rather than you… also priority? You might also want to change the name of the form to Contact Us or something.
Basically all we are doing is opening a window to Monday… so that’s why you see their logo and colours and content.
