● To administer and protect our business and this website, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting data (based on legal obligations and legitimate interests for running our business provision of administration and IT services, network security, to prevent fraud and in the context of a business reorganization or group restructuring exercise).
● To deliver relevant website content to you and measure or understand how you use our website (based on legitimate interests to study how clients use our website, for us to develop it and to inform our marketing strategy).

Data Collection via Website
Visiting our website (TDi Sustainability) is generally anonymous, with no activities aimed at personally identifying visitors. However, we may collect, store, and utilize personal data that relates to your website visits and the device used to access it, including:

How we use your data
We process your data to communicate with you and to develop market intelligence. All of the personal data we collect is processed by TDi Sustainability and located on TDi Sustainability servers. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.
2. Sign up to newsletter form
By providing your email address to sign up to our newsletter, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. It will be stored on our database of newsletter recipients. For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. The data will be used exclusively for newsletter distribution and will not be passed on for third parties.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any one of the newsletter communications or sending a written request to [email protected].
3. Requesting downloadable resources
There are a number of downloadable resources on the TDi Sustainability website which require data to be submitted before the resources can be downloaded. The data collected on this form is then held by TDi Sustianability. The data collected includes:

– Organisation
– Job title
How we use your data
We process your data to determine who is downloading our resources, and to communicate further with you if you have opted in to receiving further contact/information. All of the personal data we collect is processed by TDi Sustainability and held on TDi Sustainability’s servers.
4. Media Release Form
If you compete a TDi Sustainability media release form, the data collected includes:
– Name
– Email address
– Organisation
– Job title
How we use your data
We process your data to ensure that you have provided permission for TDi Sustainability to use your image within video or photography for the requirements specified on the media release form.
All of the personal data we collect is processed by TDi Sustainability and held on TDi Sustainability’s servers.
Third Party Marketing
We will get your express consent before we share your personal data with any third party for their own direct marketing purposes.
Opting out of Marketing
You can ask to stop sending you marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out links within marketing communications sent to you or by contacting us at [email protected].
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or client service purposes.

By law we have to keep basic information about our clients (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being clients for tax purposes.

Please assist us to comply with this obligation by ensuring that you inform us of any changes. You have the right to request details of the information we hold about you and to delete or rectify any inaccurate information about you by sending a written request to [email protected].

Your personal data will not be disclosed, sold, rented, or shared with any external parties beyond TDi Sustainability, which is the owner and data controller of our website. No Fee usually Required

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). Time Limit to Respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
